The program "City of the Future", presents the development
of the new Music of Buenos Aires after the master composer
Astor Piazzolla.
Néstor Crespo with El Tranvía Tango are exploring with "City
of the Future" if a "Tango Nuevo" can exist after
the "New Tango", or if it exists already, without letting
itself classify in formalisms or false avant-gardism's.
And they get it with total devotion, with the corresponding
virtuosity and a tremendous musical sensitivity does not exempt
of an overflowing devotion... and with a good dose of rebelliousness.
The production of 8 CD´s, presentations in radio and
Television, concerts in different countries from South America,
more than 15 European tours with an average of 80
annual concerts, guarantee an intense and constant activity.

by the "A.C.E. Awards (Entertainment Journalist Association-Argentina)
as "Best Tango Group" and with the Prize "Future
Tango", granted by "German Academy of Tango" (Stuttgart
- Germany)
